Orders Placed from Monday through Friday before 2:00pm usually ship within 2 business days. Pre-Ordered items are not guaranteed to ship on the expected arrival date.
Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you provide us with an invalid shipping address on your order, and the merchandise gets returned to us, we will refund the cost of the item however shipping charges will not be refunded. Please verify your shipping address with UPS before ordering.
Please inspect all items upon arrival. If a package appears to be damaged to the point where the products inside may also be damaged, don't be affraid to tell the carrier that you refuse the shipment due to damage. Always inspect the contents of your order upon receipt, we cannont accept claims for damaged products after 15 days of receipt.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of UPS, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
IMPORTANT: All shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returned items!
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
